Latin Routes Travel Agent Academy 2026 - Costa Rica

The Latin Routes Travel Agent Academy is our flagship training event, designed to inspire, educate and empower travel professionals to sell Latin America with confidence. After unforgettable experiences in Brazil in 2018 and Peru in 2024, we’re thrilled to announce that the 2026 Academy will take place in beautiful Costa Rica.

From 20th to 27th September 2026, over 50 UK travel agents will come together for an immersive week of discovery and development. The Academy blends two days of engaging classroom training with valuable networking opportunities alongside some of Latin America’s leading suppliers. Agents will also explore Costa Rica’s vibrant destinations first-hand, experiencing the hotels, excursions and natural wonders that make this region so special.

Through interactive sessions, inspiring supplier connections and memorable “Pura Vida” moments, the Latin Routes Travel Agent Academy will build knowledge, boost confidence and spark fresh enthusiasm to sell Latin America like never before.
