Voyage around the central and northern islands of the Galapagos in search of incredible flora, fauna and unique geological formations. Follow in Darwin’s footsteps as you visit historical sites once home to pirates and buccaneers. On this five-day cruise, you’ll have the chance to see giant Galapagos tortoises and Darwin’s finches in Santa Cruz’s highlands, snorkel in search of rays, turtles and sharks, and explore lava tunnels, unusual rock formations and admire volcanic landscapes. Your experienced naturalist guide on board the Petrel will share his knowledge of the history, wildlife, birdlife, unique plant life and geology on daily excursions on land and in the water.
