The Silver Origin is Silversea’s premier luxury expedition ship, designed exclusively for exploring the Galápagos Islands. Silver Origin accommodates 100 guests, ensuring personalised service with one of the highest crew-to-guest ratios in the Galápagos. Every suite includes butler service, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private balcony, providing stunning ocean views. The interior spaces of the Silver Origin are inspired by the natural beauty of the Galápagos, featuring sustainable materials, elegant furniture, and an inviting, expedition-style ambiance.

For exploration, Silver Origin is equipped with eight zodiacs, allowing you to venture up close to the Galápagos’ unique wildlife. The ship’s basecamp is an interactive lounge where you can engage with expert naturalists, learning about the archipelago’s diverse ecosystem. After a day of adventure, you can relax in the piano bar with a handcrafted cocktail, sit by the fire pit in the explorer lounge with friends, or watch a beautiful sunset from the hot tub.

The ship offers delicious meals made with fresh, local ingredients. The menus include tasty Ecuadorian dishes and fine international food. You can enjoy your meal indoors or outside, with beautiful ocean views all around you.

Silver Origin operates two different 7-night cruises that can be combined taking you to different parts of the Galápagos. You’ll see volcanic islands, black lava beaches, green highlands, and peaceful mangrove lagoons. Each voyage includes multiple zodiac excursions, guided hikes, snorkelling, and kayaking opportunities led by Silversea’s expert guides, certified by the Galápagos National Park.
