Our team has travelled extensively throughout Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador (including the Galapagos Islands), Peru, Uruguay, Costa Rica and Antarctica, and use their first-hand knowledge to help you build the perfect holiday.

Alex
Alex is one of our Travel Specialists. He was born and raised in Lima and has a degree in hospitality and tourism management.
Charlie
Charlie is one of our Team Leaders. He has travelled extensively and spent around 8 months in South & Central America.
Felipe
Felipe is our Senior Marketing Manager. Originally from Brazil, he has lived in the UK for over 20 years and has travelled to over 65 countries.
Martin
Martin is our Director and Co-Founder. He is an expert on Latin America and expedition cruises and speaks regularly at industry events and consumer shows.
Jess
Jess is our Director and Co-Founder. She lived in Argentina for many years before following her passion and founding Latin Routes.
Cat
Our Senior Product Manager Cat spent a year travelling solo around the world, developing a soft spot for Latin America.
Laura
Our Senior Marketing Executive Laura has worked in the travel industry for over 6 years, developing a passion for travel marketing after spending time living and working abroad.
Lewis
Our Marketing Executive Lewis has solo travelled around Latin America with his camera, including visiting Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Costa Rica and Brazil, and is especially fond of Machu Picchu.
Gaynor
Our Head of Trade Sales Gaynor has been working in the travel industry for over 30 years and has travelled extensively in Latin America including Argentina & Chile.
